Guests Secure Booking Process

Guests can either make a firm credit card booking or an enquiry about dates (standard for cash only payment). Once they click the green "Next Step" button they are send to a secure server that ensures all information entered is encrypted for the highest possible security.

  • Booking references numbers are easily recovered by guests by simply entering their email address
  • Confirmation page includes , cancelation policy, full details & total cost of their stay, a map, satnav co-ordinates, name, address & telephone number of the property

First Step

The guest fills in their details and decides whether to make a firm booking or an about the dates and rooms selected.

  • This process:-
  • Sends an email to you to advise there is a booking or enquiry to process in your My-B&B admin panel
  • Automatically add the booking or enquiry to the bookings section
  • Updates the total of bookings needing action on your My-B&B home page

Declining a Booking

When you decline a booking using your email responses in My-B&B, 3 things happen automatically.

  1. An Email is sent to the guest directly
  2. The Guests Booking Status page is updated and your email displayed on the page (see graphic below)
  3. The booking is "struck through" on you list of booking to show it is no longer valid
